WHAT IS COVERED?
This seminar will cover a variety of techniques to stop bullying. Bullying is very common in American schools (1 in 5 students experiencing bullying)
We’ll first discuss calling out bullying behavior and standing up to a bully using words, and also teach fundamental Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques to stay safe if a bully lash out physically.
The aim is to help kids learn techniques to deal, cope, avoid and defend against bullies.
Our seminar is more than self-defense, it’s about giving your child anti-bullying tools to deal with bullies in the classroom, playground, bus or neighborhood.
